Remember to bring sunblock (non-spray), snacks, and sunglasses from home. Drinks, including bottled water and Gatorades, are provided free of charge. Ice for your convenience and high-quality photos of your trip will also be available.

When preparing for your trip, be sure to pack snacks or lunch, hats, sunglasses, your preferred beverages, and appropriate clothing such as a jacket or dry-fit clothing based on the season.

DEPOSIT: Secure your booking by making a 20% deposit.

BALANCE: The remaining balance is due on the trip date as either credit or cash.

GUIDE CANCELLATION: We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled trip. During this period, you have the flexibility to cancel or make changes to your booking without any charges. However, if you cancel or modify your reservation after this 7-day window or fail to show up for the trip, the full amount you have paid will be non-refundable.

TIPPING: Our guides greatly appreciate tips for providing you with a quality trip. It is customary to tip 20% of the total cost as a gesture of gratitude for their service.
